I love how the grammer has effected people if was my point to a certain degree to get more attention lmfao. I believe we can all agree that Nike should at least change the designer of the shoe, Petrie has overstayed his welcome on the Lebron line, off with one bootie uppers!!! And this stupid fake material bring it back old school with quality leather like in the hey day of sneakers in the mid 90s, im sure a lot of you guys would appreciate that even the new generation sneaker peeps

Yes agreed with everything you're saying. I think the design team for the LBJ line is burned out - it happens when you've worked on the same project for several years. Sadly the synthetic materials are not going anywhere, we can only hope that they get away from the Foamposite plastic and go towards a more flexible material. Already discussed the one piece uppers with either you or someone else and I agree that it creates fitment issues.

I wonder if Nike ever gets employee opinions on the design of signature shoes before they're revealed. I have a hard time believing everyone OK'd the d*ckposite on the 13's.

I hear what everyone is saying, but instead of "taking it back to the 90s"; which I cringe when I hear such a phrase - they just need to re-implement a tongue, add more panels/layers, and design something more sophisticated. Obviously Lebron has matured through the years and it's time his shoes do too.

honestly kinda like it that it hasn't leaked yet. very old school. we all obviously want a leak, but this takes me back to the pre internet days. LOL

Agreed!  And saved about 30 pages of "potato camera"/"Those are just samples"/"Won't look good on foot"/"Waiting on official pics" comments.

Seeing HOAL 12's for the first time of the cover of Slam and Sports Illustrated was dope.
