The Official Nike LeBron 14 Thread. Retail $175

New details have emerged regarding the upcoming LeBron 14. According to ESPN’s own Dave McMenamin, LeBron broke out his upcoming signature silhouette during the Cavaliers shootaround early today before their matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers on TNT. The all-black pair is said to feature a strap construction, but James wisened up and took them off before reporters could start snapping photos for social media. So does that mean that LeBron could break out the Nike LeBron 14 during the nationally televised game tonight? We’ll still have to wait and see. Per ESPN’s Dave McMenamin:
LeBron James wore an all black pair of the yet-to-be-released Nike LeBron 14 to shootaround Thursday but took them off before talking to the press so reporters couldn’t snap photos of them. They don’t look like the images that leaked in August at all. James let ESPN.com inspect them, as long as we promised not to take a photo, and they are very sharp. One clue to what to expect when they drop in January: strap.

if we go by previous colors the only one that match the pre heats is maybe the all stars
 
man my hopes are not super high for these to be that dope(prayin tho)... but at least be better than the 10 11 12  and 13s

boy we need a rebel at espn take that photo anyway give it to "sources" to leak lol
 
The idea of a strap has me concerned, but if the strap is like the 2's, 4's or 5's, that would be alright. 

Just don't want something massive like the one on the Kyrie 2's, that strap killed the shoe for me personally. 

Even something like the KD4 strap on more of a mid/high could be nice if done right.
