it's funny. i can't remember when all star cw's started. i know i'm an older cat on here, but i just remember mj wearing the away colors or playoffs back in the day. it's funny how times have changed...how ppl seem to "freak out" or get disappointed if there isn't a certain cw to release for certain occasions.

not having ample gimmick cw's (that eventually make it to ross/tj max) weird? in today's culture, it really is...haha.

9 10 elites is nike running out of ideas or being lazy so far the only cw was oonw hopefully they drop id soon so I can play with it and they need to step up on there color options black ice to plain bhm I'm scared for white upper.

not the point I was making....talking along the lines of not releasing the 14s until February to release dates getting pushed back to pushed up to all of a sudden dropping spontaneously like with the royal foams and OONW to KD's Aunt Pearls not looking or feeling like an Aunt Pearl shoe to no Christmas pack drop but a Mysterious Kyrie Christmas drop not even remotely a Christmas looking shoe to only have that same shoe drop as a general release a couple months later etc....almost feels as if nike is playing things by ear and taking it day by day instead of having a clear precise plan...

i concur with what you said about the late drop dates for signature lines. i understand that nike tried to continue to push and squeeze a much money as they could out of the soldier x due to it's early success after the finals. holding the 14 did/does suck. it is strange how nike has pushed certain products this season. you may be right with what you said about nike playing things by ear.

Exactly why Nike may have actually nixed the plans. People got past the gimmicks of flashy expensive colorways and they wouldn't sell out in minutes. Also over-saturation of the market. 

Also possibly the ASG move from Charlotte to NO influenced this decision. Maybe they were to far along with the other colorways and didn't have time to come up with something new.

Wouldn't be surprised if they are given ASG PE's for themselves though.
