Not my pics, but these show it off better, I like the differences in the keychain/tags, just a nice little detail

I always thought XI and XII were quite good looking. I have the XII and the design looks quite similar to some Shimano SPD cycling cleats from about a decade ago.

XIII overall shape is too cowboy boots looking and I'm sure the Halo armor design aesthetics didn't help.

XIV and even the new Kobe AD are starting to look like modern adidas. At least they got rid much of the freemason triangles all over the upper.

I think people among Nike / adidas / Asics are moving around the different camps enough that eventually the sneaker market will be like smartphones, all looking the same with similar tech.

So they had to change things up for the 14... but you're wishing they were still running things like the 13, not gonna happen.

And it's too early to see if these are a hit or not. First cw was almost impossible and 2nd cw just came out and looks semi limited

I'm not saying I wish nike release the 14s like they did the 13's. I was saying here we have a more appealing Lebron sneaker that we're barley seeing any color ways vs some less impresive models that have been less appealing with tons of color ways. I also don't feel it's to early imio the 14's CLEARLY look better than the 13's to me and that's from a design point. Now if your talking in terms of actual releases its anything but early considering Lebron's typically release around Oct when the season begins...
My ultimate point the 14's look good to me now I just want to see some nice color ways I can purchase for ne and my son. Not just look at Lebron wear hot PE pairs lol
 
i'm waiting on that colorway that really shakes the industry like big bang or sb or area 51 XI's or lions pride or hwc

Come to think about it though, this was around the time Jordan kicks started falling off. 14s were fly..but then it was all downhill from there, minus one or two decent models.

maybe the prime of bron sneaker juice is behind us?
 
14 is only appealing to many because it appears limited.
While the 13 was probably a flop, it's not that bad and there are some dope colors that dropped for them. They would have looked better to more people had they been limited.

IDK about that one. I saw alot more people saying they liked them before they knew they were limited than i saw people saying they liked the 13 before they released at all.

I like the 13.........My problem with them is even when i went up a half a size and i felt like they had too much room, that damn penis posite at the top of my foot still hurt like hell. SMDH

I only grab 1 or 2 pairs of a shoe lately, had 2 pairs of 12s which I really liked but ended up selling when I had more coming in. Grabbed the F13ths which I really liked as a theme for the shoe, no way I could have worn those though. Tried the 13 lows and they were tighter than sin so I sent those right back.  Probably will stop with 2 paris of the 14s with the OONW and Chase Downs.

Has it ever taken this long for a shoe to hit iD since release? (Kyrie 3's as well).  I wonder if part of Nike's new thinking (referenced alongside the lack of ASG shoes) is to do away with iDs on some models.
