Legit Check/Questions about 2011 Black Cement 3

Sup everyone! I've been out of the game for a minute but recently purchased a pair of DS 2011 BC3. Overall, they seem legit, but I've been checking some of the legit threads and have a few questions about some of the flags I read about.

1) I read that the insoles typically say "Dura Pontex" on the underside and there are usually numbers stamped on the part of the shoe covered by the insole. My Crimson 3's have Dura Pontex insoles and the numbers stamped inside the shoe. These BC3's do not. I am not sure if that is significant or not.

2) The cement tissue paper is a darker color than the paper in my Crimson 3 box.

3) There are slight widow peaks where the tongue and toe-box meet. I read that there have been legit pairs that have this also.

4) The elephant print seems a bit darker and a shade off as I remember. I read that there wear quality control issues with the 2011 BC3's so I'm not sure what to think of the print.

5) The air unit seems to be a bit yellow. Not sure if that's from age. Also, it doesn't have the rounded edge that mu other threes have had. It's more of a flat appearance.

6) The production date is less than a month. Not sure if that means anything.

7) This part of the EP looks a bit strange to me.

The tongues seem to be ok, but the GM game is making it difficult to distinguish between real and fake.

9) There are no numbers stamped in the box, but there is this QC sticker

10) Every thing else seems to be ok IMO, but any helpful perspective is welcome. Do they appear legit???

Anyone? I could really use and appreciate the help.

They might not be DS for one because the flaw on the elephant print, maybe they were tried on. The insoles may not be the correct insoles, same for the paper. The shoes overall look legit in my opinion though. I suggest waiting for more answers and opinions though.

I believe these are fakes. The size of the Jumpman on the tongue appears to be a bit small and somewhat misshaped. The air bubble is concerning since a significant indicator of fakes is the more yellowed look and the sloppily painted edges around it (although we all know JB's QC issues). The elephant print on the heel seems to run a bit high, black parts are too dark. The most concerning and IMO the biggest indicator they are fake is the cut of the perforated grey leather surrounding the black 3-hole lace stays. There should be a cleanly cut line and these do not look that way (best seen in #2 and the second pic of #5). If you want to post another photo straight on of all 4 lace stays it would help.

I have two pairs of these 2011s currently (one used and one DS) so I do know what I'm looking at but seek other opinions as needed.

@holz22 Thanks a lot man! My gut was off as soon as I got them. Just wanted to get some other perspectives from others who own them since it was my first pair of the 2011 version. The elephant print on the toe cap looks like it was done sloppily with a Sharpie or something in terms of overfilling the tread patterns of the elephant print.

Anyone else who owns 3's available to help out?
