You know what I find funny about the anti-reparations crowd? They would support the invasion and occupation of Haiti if the descendants of Toussaint Louverture had decided to stop paying France because "they weren't the ones who kicked the French off the island"

The amount of reparations that would need to be paid would be astronomicalllll because we didnt have access to the wealth early we missed ALL the big money opourtunities

Imagine if blacks had bread in the 60s when Donald Sterling was buying up all of San Diego. Wed be talking tens of trillions of dollars my people are actually owed.

Itd be cool if they made a black casino in every state and every dollar went back to colored folk instead of the state...

This happens to be a topic I care deeply about and for. A thread that promotes division (which is what this thread is) instead of discussion is apart of the problem. There will be people here who argue the policy side (theres no way it can be done) to logistics (who would get them) Which are all different ways of ignoring the true issue at hand. Frankly black people should be used to people pillaging and demeaning them only to reap the benefits of their labor and suffering. Dominicans, like every other person who looks the part would be lining up around the block to receive their "fair share" Ninjahood would surely post about Malcolm, and remind everyone how his ancestors fostered the Harlem Renaissance.
