Obviously the torture would be implemented in clear cut cases. Not just used wrecklessly.

I too find the imprisonment of the innocent to be u acceptable. Obviously the torture of one is even more grotesque word to Gitmo.

Maybe I'm not familiar because admittedly I wasn't really paying attention in 11th Grade English but I thought it was when being accused of witchcraft was automatic torture? So people just started throwing that accusation on anyone they didn't like.

Where did i say accused? Everyones entitled to their day in court but if there is strong and clear cut evidence linking them to the crime then **** all that other **** torture these sickos. They will never be cured and when they get out theyll be back to the same things...

How can you compare the two?

Children that are abused sexually arent pushing themselves on these grown *** men, its the other way around. These predators are taking advantage of their innocence. Plus i highly doubt a young child will go to their parents and say so and so touched them inappropriately unless it actually happened.

Whereas rape can be falsely accused due to a scorned woman.

Not the same.

So yes i do think a convicted child molestor deserves to die.
