OP unless his life was in danger then it's never "legal" to hit a women. She knew that which is why she went that far with such confidence. She felt protected by the law.....and skin color.

Honestly, it's never alright to hit someone else. I understand the situation, but it's just not worth it.

You cannot let someone else's words influence how you behave. I know it's easier said than done, but it's almost always the right choice to walk away.

I like that he has the entire thing on video though. I have no problem putting that woman to shame.
 
I do agree, nobody should have hands put on them in general, but when it comes to deserving a good smack back into reality. I think that's justifiable.

But best thing to do is walk away. If they insist or come near you aggressively you MUST defend your.

Since a full-force retaliation is off the table in the public mind. I've always liked the suggestion that such individuals who use their implied legal protections as leverage to overplay their hand physically be disciplined like the children their logic mirrors.

Be real embarrassing to get easily overpowered, bent over a knee and spank bottomed by a stranger in public because you couldn't use your words like a big girl.

So this happened to two people I went to college with. They are both teachers I believe (man and wife). The man's FB is actually mysteriously missing ever since this occurred (he's on my friends list). The spit actually hit his wife on the arm and they are filing chargers against her. It started from them playing a game of cornhole (where you toss the beanbags into the boards). The wife went to pick up one of the bags near this white woman when the white woman just starts shouting racial slurs at her. Obviously argument ensues which is what you guys see in the video
