Fisch is real good... Rosen should improve right away... But Jedd has his eyes on the NFL and I think he was the third wheel with Drevno and Harbaugh... Would like Roman but going to need a WR coach now that Jedd is gone

I could see Roman taking over the TE's and Jay moving over to coach the WR's.

Roman is another guy that should help recruiting in NJ. Was a former HS coach there.
