Saban could have used his timeouts to give his defense a breather on that final drive IMO. I know it's not popular strategy because you don't want to stop the clock for the offense but at that point, the clock didn't matter with Clemson having 2 timeouts too. Good **** Clemson. Not only you have to physically overcome Bama, but you also have to be confident that you can beat them. I think a lot of times teams are afraid of them.
