Can anyone explain how the reserve on the Sneakers app work? Is it randomised? I checked my inbox and noticed that I had some reserves I didn't know I had. Can someone enlighten me?

Those just come randomly, no patterns on any of that.

I purchased a pair of 2ks on ebay, cost 99.99 pounds basically 10 pounds over UK retail.. Then got a message saying he was contacted by people who said he couldn't sell them, so refunded me the money... I thought of trying to do it without using ebay but would've been too risky.. So one of the listings wasnt actually completed.

I think you got played. Was it auction or BIN listing? The 2 sold still stands so if whoever was watching ebay would've done the same to those. If it was auction the seller probably didn't get the price he wanted so that's why he cancelled. Did you request a screenshot of the convo the seller had with the other party?

Smells like seller found out he could get more and made up a jive story.

Leave negative feedback eff em.

It was buy it now so paid what was asked, but maybe someone tapped him up afterwards and he sold privately, didn't seem like he knew what he had at the time especially setting the BIN so low ..

It is well within his right to sell his item to whomever.

He should be glad he got his refund.

nah eff the seller. If you priced it as such originally you better honor it, especially when the shoes were given for free. The story that he can't sell it is bogus. Someone definitely hit him up and offered a better price for what he asked for.
