Rich was the man. Alpo smh. I wonder if the rumors are true about that snitch getting released.

I chopped it up with Azie a few times over the years since he's close with a friend of mine. Crazy everything he went through and being the only one out of the 3 not dead or in jail.

Alpo did get released, I think a few weeks/months ago. How has Azie been able to make a living since leaving the game? Based of his interviews, and his portrayal in the movie he seems to be one of the less flashy dudes from that era. I wonder if he left on a high note with a nice lil stash?
 
He probably did. He was one of the most level headed cats in the game at the time. I really didn't want to get into specifics with him on what he's currently doing but from what I seen, it seems like he's doing fine. I know he's still close with Rich's family. I'll likely see him whenever I'm back in the city so if I do, I'll ask him a thing or two.

Yeah I heard stuff about alpo getting out last year, if true, he's probably in witness protection somewhere in North Dakota or wherever.

Between rich, po and all them, and them crazy *** preacher crew cats, Harlem was a crazy place at the time to say the least.
 
Alpo is in DC lol dude is somewhere in SE he has kids out here dude been released for a couple yrs from what I've been told
 
He ain't in no damn DC, everybody knows everybody from the city. Very small world in the district, he would have been clapped immediately.
 
Yeah. I'm pretty sure Wayne Perry still got folks on the outside that would have him touched. He can't go back to Harlem either.

I wonder how recognizable he is though. He got locked up in 91. That's 25 years ago. A lot of the cats Alpo screwed over are in their late 40's, early 50's so I'm sure they would still want some type of payback.

Look at Lulu. Dude had millions worth in diamonds and nice crib(on the inside) but still lived around the corner from AZ, in the hood. You're not getting a luxury condo/ apt in nyc without proof of income or a damn good front.

some of ya would be surprised to know that Uptown Manhattan was designed from da onset to have gigantic apts to cater to da wealthy folks what were leaving da squalors that was downtown back in da day...da building planners didn't take in suburbanization as a factor, hell da grand concourse in da BX eas designed to be da new 5th ave...

trust when i say u can pretty much live next to someone in NYC & have completely different lifestyles, its da nature of da city.
