1994 Air Max2... WHEN? Nike PLEASE Make This Happen ASAP!!!

Since we got the Air Pressure already and the Air Tech Challenge 4 is officially retroing all I need now to officially walk away FOREVER and never look back is the 1994 Air Max2 in both OG colorways. Why have they never retro'd? This is my absolute favorite air max silhouette EVER and ironically one of the shoes I've never had the pleasure of owning. Nike, PLEASE make this happen NOW!! Who else feels the same??

please Nike.... These have needed a retro since the HOA pack. Bring them back and do it true to form(we know we ain't getting those sweet FAT bubbles) with the OG colorways.
 
Mos def count me in!! Almost all of the other versions of the AM2's have released. Uptempos, Barkleys, Trainers. Def all in for these. Still need those ATC IV's though too!!

i would have figured there was alot more love for this shoe, but i guess not. maybe that's why they haven't been retro'd. just limit them if u have to nike, but it needs to happen!
 
I'm sure everyone here knows this but on Air Max Day when they were doing the voting for which shoe they should re-release, these were one of them and I voted for them every single day. By the end they were pretty high up there but they were never beating any of the the Atmos collabs. The fact that Nike has acknowledged the shoe again though tells me they are considering it.

They've retroed much less appealing runners. I think for Nike it comes down to production cost. These don't have a midsole or any other components where the mold can be recycled to/from other models, so they'd have to just invest in this one model purely for the sake of nostalgia. It would be nice but I'm not holding my breath. They probably want to see if a thirst will develop.

look at the Air Max 96, they did everything but they weren't willing to go the extra step of recreating the midsole and sold, just threw on some basura from a current 95esque lifestyle model. I'd be surprised if we saw a true-to-form retro of the 94s.

^ True!! Bought a pair ST's at the outlet in Round Rock, TX for $19.99 less military discount. Never remember to window/slit being that narrow. Went to google for a comparison and found the og's courtesy of Freshness Mag and Ubiq. So I can imagine what will happen with these.

true, sadly maybe it's best to just remember these as the classics they are. what they did to the 96s is unspeakable. :frown:

OLD head here. Done BEEN rockin' since Jordan was a rookie. Owned the silver/white/blue pair. Greatest, most comfortable, best looking with jeans EVER. Wore 'em till the sole literally crumbled. Came here after googling possible retros.
