Michigan state police to start drug testing drivers

Damn they trynna **** us in the game. I don't do drugs but it's ****** up.
 
correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you still fail a swab for marijuana even if you didn't smoke that day? if you smoked the prior 48-72hrs, you'll probably fail...that ain't right

And can they administer one at anytime? Is it completely at the officers discretion?

Oh man, didn't know that. I thought it would affect your sense of timing when driving, like hand/eye coordination while judging distance.
 
Nah tbh most people would probably drive fine on uppers while downers will make you drive bad unless you do it a lot.
 
Can't see how this is gonna hold up in a court of law.

I just hope the state of Michigan cares as much about testing the purity of its drinking water as it does about testing its citizens for illegal substances.

So far they are just testing it out in high accident areas and what not.

Michigan state police don't play though. Dudes are heartless

I can see the downers easily would. I figure taking excessive uppers would make you all jumpy and have you losing focus. Saved by the Bell lied to me...Jessie was just crazy then :lol:

Basically. *****, like how many accidents are caused by people driving blown out or high? Just another way to make money and throw people in jail. Fix your broke *** state some other way than ******* its citizens over more than they already are for living there.

Man when I see the blue boy ride by I let the seat up, get in 10-2 position and look straight ahead. I remember I got 5 tickets at once from one, ruthless *** dudes. U get pulled over by a blur boy it's not gonna end well.

I actually regret not pulling over and sleeping when I was tired. Had a few close calls.

Yea I've had bad luck, always because I was speeding and had tints :lol:

Nothing too crazy but they really don't give warnings. If they pull you over, I think of it as an automatic ticket and yes I've got a clean record
