John saunders has passed away vol RIP

I like the fact that he was always himself.

I had respect for guys like John and Kevin Frazier.
 
Very few class acts left in bristol but John was one of them. He worked in Baltimore for a bit in the 80s & my dad used to run into him all the time. Sometimes I was him him when he saw John & I remember that voice of his.

RIP to class act. Condolences to his family & friends.
 
My brother in-law was an IT manager for the network in bristol. He said almost everyone up there is a scum bag. They apparently operate like a giant white boy frat. He also said almost everyone is racist too.

Two of the few people he said were absolutely good people were Saunders & Tom Jackson.

In fact, he got friendly enough with Tom that he still gets Christmas cards from him even though he hasn't worked for the network in years.
