How to remove soles on 2014 Air Jordan 11 Concords

Hello This a shoe that is sorta newer based on release date and I need help separating the sole from midsole and the upper I tried steaming with a iron am I doing this wrong or do I just need patience plus I pulled a little to hard and have a small tear on the sole near the carbon fiber is this fixable I would appreciate all the help thank you for your time everyone
