need to lose weight? any help is appreciated.

I need to lose three pounds by Saturday for a weight bracketed tournament.What are some ways to do this?

Any fighter / wrestler will tell you, 3lbs is easy af to lose in that amount of time.

On Friday, find the nearest sauna and sit in it until you lose 3lbs of water weight. Unless you've already depleted water weight. If you don't have a sauna you have access to, sit in your car with the heater on for a while and keep weighing yourself until you lose it.

Don't drink or eat anything Saturday night and there you go.
 
cut out carbs, don't drink before weigh in, maybe go to a sauna and sweat it out.

This would be for losing water weight

Lol as long as his car is outside where there's no CO build up mans should be fine.

Cut out carbs. Only eat fish, and green smoothies (blended spinach kale ginger turmeric and water)

Believe it or not, you can dress in ways that can make you appear to be lighter/heavier. May I suggest a Michael Vick jersey and some Olympic VII's? It'll make you look slim and defined.

low caloric diet, fruits, veggies and lean meats. No bread/carbs

anerobic cardio for about 45 minutes to an hour. Wear a hoodie and some sweats. 

try to consume as much water as possible before you workout.

an hour before you weigh in, soak in a tub with very hot water for about 35 minutes. 

All this used to help me when I wrestled back in high school.

My mans will be fine. I didn't say sit in a garage and breathe heavy. :rofl:
 
The car thing has been done for year by boxers, wrestlers, and fighters. You don't art in forever, just off and on in the sauna suit to sweat.

I used to cut 12-18lbs over two days just by running in a sauna suit twice a day. And that's just running to get the sweat going before walking and sitting down to let your body do its thing.

Nowadays you have fighters laying in hot baths or wrapping themselves in layers of towels and turning the heat up.

Like I said in the workout thread, next time use a water loading cut.

3lbs is literally nothing. You can get that out in like 45 minutes with minimal effort. You could probably drink smooth move tea before sleeping and take a huge dump in the AM to solidify your weight before weigh ins.
