once you hear the automated message just press 5 dont even let it finish after about 10 minutes or so you will be on hold until a rep picks up.

Yeah when I was trying to make the account it turned out I already had one. I was trying to say that my rep told me to make an account before getting started with an order. So one doesn't really have to do it before getting through.
Yeah my rep asked me specifically if my account was for Shiekh or Shiekh Shoes.

weird on the 888 number when I got to the elevator music it kept asking me to press 5 to stay on hold.. on the 909 number it doesnt ask me if i would like to stay on hold every 15 secs or so.. praying that it doesnt tell me to leave a VM like the first time
