Is the owner a Nike expert?
With how close to accurate fakes are becoming of new releases, anyone can make a simple mistake authenticating a sneaker that hasn't released yet. There's nothing to compare it to

Not sure if his a Nike Expert... But any sneakerheads, or who like 1s knows about the laced bag legit check...
Think about it, the owner has been in business for almost a decade. Built up his reputation as one of the best out there. Dude sells million dollars of shoes a month. Everyday still growing and talk about him expanding... Do you think he will ruin his reputation like that to make a few thousands off a Royal release? Dude is just risking too much...

I have a pretty good feeling where SS got their shoes from and if it's from where I think it is, they are 100% legit.

The owner keeps a close knit of guys working for him.. He doesn't just hire guys off the street... He has the same guys doing legit check for years. Hard to imagine for them let something slip through the crack like that. He got too much to lose to just be pushing fakes like that.

If you look at the lace bag closely, look like the same size as the legit ones. Laces just rolled up differently... We all know fakes comes with those oversize ziploc sandwich bags, and not rolled that tight and neatly.

Good morning guys! Haha what have I done? I'm headed to work so no additional pics but I quickly compared them to my All Stars and Black Toes. Lace bags were identical, in size and shape. The shoes were also the same shape and height and feel. Maybe it's the morning haze or I just want to believe, but I'm starting to be feel inclined they are real and I do feel bad for putting SS out there like that. But hey, I also had no problem with the laces/shoes in the first place due to their rep, so I totally get it if I'm alone

Thank you for posting that. Kinda wish I had just laced them up and worn them today now. I'm feeling better about them. I still completely get and appreciate everyone's concern. I'll let y'all know if I hear anything from them.

It's your money man there's nothing wrong questioning something when u feel it's off.
I'm sure SS is legit from their rep but we need to stop acting like there's not a tiny chance a fake pair can't accidentally pass through a consignment stores doors. None of them work for the product's company and factory and know every single little detection. They're not being called upon to testify about a sneaker's built for big cases in court (i.e. Aaron Hernandez)

I heard in NY a footlocker got caught selling fake Jordan's and forces out of their store. Any truth to this?
