With my recent luck lately with Nike draw system (if they decide to do that) & local raffles, I'm glad I preordered, I'm tired of taking damn L's lol. I'll post pics Monday when I receive them from Kixsquare.

I had a friend show me the Royal 1's they had in stock at Footlocker. Looked real nice, the toebox was nicely done with a soft, supple tumbled appearance which made the shoe look real good. I'm sold on them.
For what's it worth, I checked the lace bag on three sizes (9.5, 11 & 13). All pairs had the standard lace bags like previous releases.
Obviously, I really looking forward to adding these to the rotation. Actually, I think I prefer the tumbled leather on the 2017 over my 2013 pair. :x

I agree Black Toes are the best CW of the 1s, but hype was always there for the Royals. Black/Reds and Chicagos as well.
All other CWs would have probably sat years ago.

Remember shadows going for $79.99 in NYC, regret passing them up. Going to be out of town for this release so I may have to pay over retail smh.

I'm calling these being more widely available than the 2013 pair. Normally Champs from what I've seen with past retro 1 releases, doesn't get 1's, but their getting these, so I'm thinking these will be more widely available for everyone to eat
