Not a knock but you missing out my g. I've been to a USMNT match and enjoyed the atmosphere. Going to Europe to watch footy is on the bucket list, fall time soon come. Haven't been to any MLS matches yet.

I mean they've traditionally always brought up youth have and have produced good talent, the big spending was only a result of the new ownership a few years back and trying to compete with P$G financially but with everything that happened in the owners personal life(think he lost half his wealth in his divorce) that level of spending wasn't sustainable anymore so they went back to their roots. They can still spend money but just not at the same level as P$G
I'm sure they'll have a nice mix of youth + some established players in the future. They're already about to sign Tielemans from Anderlecht and apparently want to get Sanches on loan

Most his appearances have been from the bench in the league same with Morata. If he is starting week in and week out I'm backing him to score 20. That's how highly I rate him.

He's a pretty polished prospect but I feel like even 15 goals in his first season would be something to be proud of. Dude is still super young and would probably need a little time to adjust to another style of footy in a new country

More news for RM:
They'll start their B team tomorrow. Ronnie hasn't traveled for a La Liga match in nearly two months. That B side plays some of the most aesthetic football I've seen in recent years.
Theo Hernandez has a release clause of only 24 million euros, and RM are going to be aggressive in trying to sign him before he extends his contract and increases his release clause. Supposedly he wants to play for RM also. RM feel he's the next Sergio Ramos, and the comparisons are there. Ramos had only played 1 La Liga season for Sevilla, and moved at 19. Theo is also 19 and has played just one season at fullback. Theo is actually taller than by an inch and seems to be even more of a physical force. He's also shown he can play CB as well and that's the big thing imo, that he wouldn't be stuck behind Marcelo since he'd likely be converted to a CB, like Sergio Ramos.

Tried to minimize all the pics but wanted to share some of this stuff with you guys. Was visiting my uncle yesterday and he's a huge footy fan and collects EVERYTHING especially world cup memorabilia. One of my uncles from London was in town and we got to talking about footy so he pulled his 1998 stuff out and told me to take em home and look at them. If anyone wants to see more pics i can gladly take more of the magazines.

Basketball is special live but footie is a whole different thing. You can't even take in the full picture watching on TV.

So Man City just got fined and banned from signing any U-18 Academy Players for 3 years. Guess we breached some rules getting 2 players from other Premier League teams.
Is this just to prevent big clubs or desirable academy clubs from hoarding talent or in the interest of the kids? I dont see why switching academies is such a big deal especially to one like City's.

Yeah the ban is looking like its just for domestic talent but we can still go outside of the country for prospects.
