Mou didn't start Roo so that he wouldn't look bad yet he still ended up looking it in his cameo today  :smh:

I hope Sonaldo flourishes against Citeh. Been a fan of his since he was in BL.

I had no idea about him being forced to join the Korean military though.

Don't all Korean men have to go the military at some point? If I remember correctly, when Park was at Arsenal he got called up for service

Whats this about Wenger being the next England boss?

The FA wants him but it won't be happening. Apparently Arsenal has a 2yr deal lined up for him and I see him taking it.

I do give Wenger **** but it's gonna be sad when he leaves. Only a handful of managers that can really replace him

Never knew that about Koreans having to make a 2 year military commitment before 28.

I remember a while back a cousin of mine from Austria told me at one point he was conscripted into their military for a brief service and I was surprised.

All males 18-35 are required to serve in the military in South Korea. The term varies between the branches; 21 months for army & marines, 23 months for navy, & 24 for air force.

Certain exemptions exist like severe medical issues but even then you're expected to serve in other ways. If you graduate from specialty schools, you can get an exception but again you're expected to serve in another way sometimes for as long as 3 years.

You can also get exceptions like someone mentioned earlier if you win medals in the olympics or gold in the Asia games. But you have to have played & not ride the bench. The guys who got game time for the South Korean team that won the footy bronze in the 2012 Olympics got exemptions. I remember when Kim Kee-hee played the last 5 mins in that game that earned him that exemption.

Wenger should take the England job, I truly believe he can make them a world class NT.

Can't blame dude for looking frustrated ,he must also see that Roo's done. Look at 34 y/o Ibra still hustling and making the effort to chase the ball down after playing 86 minutes knowing it's still only a one goal lead while Wazza who came on just minutes earlier, is jogging around like he's in training

Another moment of brilliance from the old skipper...
