Nah, he was on loan to Porto in 2014/2015 then returned to Atletico last season
Batshuayi is a talented striker. Moses has always been our best scorer in every summer time
Here's a fun fact about former Ligue 1 players played excellent for Chelsea: Eden, Didier, Cech, Azpi, Essien and Malouda
Kante used to play in Ligue 1 as well

Sounds like he couldn't adapt to the system of the 1st team. But I'm surprised they didn't loan him and that other La Liga teams didn't go after him. Villarreal lost Denis Suarez, he could have been a replacement for him.
