Bellerin is back on Barca's transfer sights again. Instead of the back channel overtures they made before, they will be putting on a full court press to bring him back to the club in Jan or next summer.

Bellerin fits Barcelona so well. I don't think he's going to leave though, he looks like he's enjoying his time in London.

If the rumors were true & Bellerin resisted Barca's overtures so far, I don't think he's coming either. He's been one of the few players on the Gunners that has consistently played well as of late. He & Umtiti would anchor the defense for years to come. Alas, proly not meant to be.

Koeman is starting lightning fast out of the gate with Everton. New MFer Idrissa Gueye has been the catalyst for the Toffee's success. He's playing brilliantly like N'Golo Kante did for @HEGGSY FC did last campaign. He just gets out & wins balls & tackles while passing really well too.

I absolutely love watching guys like him play. His work rate is insane. If you get a chance, please watch this guy play.

I might have to eff around & get my son Gueye's shirt (I always support ex Barca guys - Pep, de Boer, Koeman, Phillip Cocu, Eusebio Sacristan).

Idk how you can turn down going home and playing with MSN. Gonna be hard for Arsenal to keep him much longer unless his heart is really at the club which I doubt.

He's young and speaks fluent english. He ain't hurting being away from Spain like the older guys are. He's been a product of english football for a good enough time now, and has made a permanent spot as Arsenals RB.

Thats something he may or may not be able to say going back to Barca, but tbh, at 21 being the man in London at one of the biggest clubs in the world is just as big of a deal as being in Barcelona. Maybe not from a football standpoint, but he may just like the lifestyle there, and as much as Arsenal gets joked on, who wouldn't be a first option at the emirates? He still has a ton of time to go to barcelona.

I really want to know....how Jose can see this.... and NOT drop Rooney next game...

THe bulk of these mistakes came from Rooney with absolutely NO pressure on the ball whatsoever.

Shrek has been on the decline for 4 years. It's been awful to watch him play as he sadly looks clueless on the pitch. Almost like he's never played the game, especially in midfield. He's attempts at retaining the ball & passing make him look like someone in an over 45 league. :smh: Plus his hair & skin look absolutely dreadful of my 55" hd flat screen. :x

Yeah, so this Jose's scapegoat this week is Shaw huh. I was wondering how that would go over. He keeps blaming everyone else except for his sorry ***...

Mundo Deportivo's leak of the rumored home Barca strip for '17-18.

I never felt like the idea of him having a clause in his contract mandating that he plays a certain number of games per season was that out there. It's the only way I can justify how dude has managed to go through 3 managers during 4 woeful seasons and hasn't been dropped...

Mou used to be known for his ruthless streak,he drops you with little remorse once he deems you useless. Hell,he's even donenit with a German legend like Basti yet somehow,he's tepid about dropping the husk of Wazza? Naa somethings gotta be up with the higher ups.

There's so much possibility with the different squad combinations you can come up with when dude is out of the XI.

I doubt that we'll see Pogba at his full power while Roo's taking up space on the pitch. He needs to be dropped to have our best looking 3 man MF.

Fergie would've without a doubt dropped the man or sold him a long time ago if he was continously playing this poorly

Keep your dirty Barca hands off Hector.

Hopefully he's learned from the ghost of Alex Song and Vermaelan

Been there done that in the Leage cup ,losing in the first game will never top that 4-0 spanking at the hands of league one giants,MK Dons, during LVG's first year.

We've grown numb to those kind of shock, embarrassing defeats :\

Credit to Heggsy, there's no shame in losing to the defending champions though imo. Obviously wouldn't want to see it happen but it wouldn't be that surprising given the last week and half of games and also how good Leicester's been looking lately.

I still think Mou can get things back on track if he just changes his tactics along with making some tough personnel choices. I hope he does for his sake because the chorus is already getting loud and calling for his head a month into the season

Don't look now but Zizou's already matching All-Time records
Goals: 51 Conceded: 12
They match 2010 Barca as the only teams to win 16 straight Liga games.

Not talking tactically but in terms of success right off the back when starting a coaching career,it's like Zidane's the new Pep

I think Wazza and Frolani need to be dropped. Wazza looks like a rec league dad on the field, while Fro has zero vision to pick a quality pass. SMH

Was MIA for the weekend...

First EPL thoughts

The contrast with MU / MC & Pep/Mou :wow:
As stated, Roo+Pog can't coexist. Roo can still make an impact as a sub if needed. Still a shame Schwein is exiled while this man plays full 90s.

Also to add insult to the situation for Mou, KDB has been world class, and the only reason he's on City and working as the engine behind Pep's machine is because of Mou's folly in the first place. I'll never get over this

And smfh at throwing Shaw under Mou's missing parked bus.

MC has come out of the gates playing beautifully, I don't know if MU and Mourinho would even be capable of undergoing a formation change and a change in tactics. They have too many damn matches and Jose failed during an entire summer to get his principles across with a system he's used forever and to make any mark on the players. It might work out in the end, but the reality is the floor is really low and this could get really ugly. The Arsenal of clap back may be in full effect.
