Would I look crazy if I wore an Adidas shirt with some black metallic Jordan 5's with some Nike socks?

most would say yes but it's more about not looking like a nascar with logos everywhere

nobody's walking out the house with one brand on head to toe

I mix brands daily but I lay low on logo dominant pieces

Yeah, I try to avoid logos altogether, too.  If the logo on your adidas shirt isn't too prominent I'd do it.
