Styles is on a hot streak like I've rarely seen, he's always been an amazing athlete with a diverse offensive arsenal, but when a competitor starts to reliably end nights with 3 or 4 different maneuvers--the Phenomenal Forearm, Clash, springboard 450 and Calf Slicer--you know they're operating on another level and gunning for a strap.
I fully expect to see him dethrone Ambrose, who seems not to be operating at his highest level of technical ability in recent bouts...perhaps coasting on his laurels as champion.
I do worry how potentially losing his title will affect his famously fragile mental state in future competiton, those who know his background know that "lunatic" isn't just some marketable slogan...it's a legitimate characterization of everything that brought him to the Show!

Jeans has been coasting since the Shield broke up..Dude is just slow footed and sloppy..He's a decent place holder champion, but definitely not a long term type of guy that you can build great programs around..

I def think it was a work but I do believe as the promo went on he was showing some real emotions and let out his true feelings. Work with bits and pieces of a shoot thrown in there IMO.

That promo from Miz might be the break he needs to get back into that main event scene it was really well done. Smackdown writers have been great so far since the split so hopefully they get some good stuff for him and keep his momentum going

I've seen Ambrose demonstrate a more than respectable level of in-ring capability. I think his satisfaction with his career path along with the opportunities he's been presented--including hosting his own interview segment--is contributing to his relatively stable nature when considering his past...and it reflects in his style.
There are many athletes who have lost touch with their inner hunger...Ambrose wouldn't be the first to make the mistake or the first to correct it.
I think that losing all the fruits of his bloody struggle to the pinnacle of the sport is a risk to not only his own well-being, but that of other competitors. With nothing to lose, a man like Ambrose is bound to unleash the dark and vicious side that has driven his success throughout his career.
EDIT:
While entertaining from a fan's perspective, Danial Bryan can't tolerate that level of disrespect from a competitor under his management.
However, Bryan's always been a generally level headed man with an appreciation for competition, so if I'm trying to guess his response to this embarrassingly disrespectful outburst I'd guess he'd end up selecting a formidable competitor to challenge for the Intercontinental Title in the hopes of teaching Miz some respect for authority his way.
Perhaps he could even engineer a trade with Raw to add insult to injury by handpicking a competitor like Cesaro, who is known for his technically flawless style which I'm sure Bryan would see as a more representative of the title's legacy...of course, that's pure speculation.

Shield Ambrose was excellent on the mic. Had me thinking he was the guy. That being said, I've never seen an Ambrose match that has wowed me. That stupid clothesline, that stupid suicide dive. Horrible. :x Don't wanna see him or Mizanin near the belt honestly. Miz is also a great promo but his in ring style is very cookie cutter.

People can get all hyped up over Miz's little fit he threw, but in all reality it's not gonna lead anywhere for him in the long run..Dude is just what DBry said, he's a guy that wrestles like he's scared to get hit..His matches aren't boring necessarily, but they're never anything great or memorable..He's comparable to Jeans in that both are solid in the ring and on the mic, but neither have that "face of the company" quality..
