Good evening,NT! I want to join to use the courts and the pool, but they're asking me for a $99 initiation fee.I know members or workers can provide a refer a friend coupon to waive the fee.If anyone wants to help me out,I will gladly appreciate.I will also buy you lunch if you're in the Dade County area.

Thanks in advanced!

They took that out already in my area, but thank you though for the advice!

No. 24. It's convinient when traveling. And after bars, so you don't drink & drive.

the best deal out is costco's 24 hr 2 yr gym membership

LA fitness i pay $150/yr doe

In my experience you can tell most gyms to waive the initiation fee and they'll do it. The people selling gym memberships are some of the thirstiest humans on the planet. :smh::smh:

^ All that. They're hella thirsty. But I've gotten a membership at LA Fitness like 4 different times and I've NEVER paid the initiation fee. I just tell em I'm broke and can't sign up if I have to pay that. But now I'm on that 24 2yr Costco plan. Doesn't feel great when you pay it up front, but it's nice not seeing money come out of my account every month.

I work out at La fitness, didn't have to pay the $99 fee because they had vouchers at my former job. Good gym, but my location has damn near no attractive women. I'm convinced that Tucson has no hot chicks outside of the UA

Costco has a gym?

Same as dude above me, I pay 35 a month and that's for single club only. I then had to pay like 75 for the initial, but that was back in 09

I recently got an email offer to sign up for LA Fitness for $50 initiation fee and $35 a month for multi-club access. The problem with the one near me are the hours, they close by 11PM Mon-Thurs and 8PM Sat. and Sun.

I will tell everyone who is willing to listen how terrible LA fitness is. Terrible hours, sales staff like used car salesman, and subpar facilities. Everyone I know has had a discrepancy from what they were told and what was debited from their account. I am a lifetime fitness member and pay more knowing I can workout whenever I want with excellent venue to match. If you looking for a "starter gym" There are far better options. ****, for their hours I would look into your local high school/community center- probably better facilities for comparable hours.

I'm in Los Angeles and have been a member for years.

I paid $0 initiation and a $25 one time fee to make my access to all locations. Since then I've paid $30/month.
