It's crazy that it took a biracial professional athlete who grew up in a white world to challenge white supremacy on the national stage in the NFL. Kaep has l lighter skin and he has more European phenotypical facial features than Ninja but he identifies as black and others consider him to be black. If Kaep is black how come ninja isn't?

When I was younger I went to a predominately white elementary school for a couple years and I used to be teased and called racist names by several white students. It would literally be me vs. 8-10 white kids going back and forth throwing shade. I've noticed a long time ago that the best way to get white people made is to insult their corny flag and corny national anthem. Those kids would want to fight when I clowned on the flag and anthems and the hypocracy of our so called democracy.

umm.. someone has to press da button... someone had to figure out who to aim it at.. someone had to design it, someone had to do da recon to figure out why other people are bad..etc.etc.etc.

da military is like a support beams in a building floor...ya keep taking em for granted till someone start eroding them or removing em.
 
Been seeing quite a bit of support towards Kaepernick over here actually, saw it in a few papers and on social media.
Good to see his message is spreading outside of the US as well

-Scientist and engineers build them, a ton of our recon is done by drones now (so more scientist and engineers), politicians decide who the bad guys are. And grunt is not the person they put in charge of nukes. And if you're talking about physically pressing a button, most people can do that.

And voicing displeasure with injustice doesn't stop servicemen from doing the job they volunteered and are compensated for doing. National defense is a public good, I know that, but I'm not gonna delude myself about the good and bad about the American military. Which is highly dysfunctional, and highly wasteful in many areas

And read my previous post on how I think we should support the military.

-And Nukes themselves are not what keeps us safe. It is the guarantee of all out annihilation (like end of the world as we know it) if someone attacked us is what really keeps us safe.

Glenn Coffee ain't give up millions to enter the army. HE SUCKED as a player. If he were any good, he'd of stayed in the NFL.
 
Kaep bout to be blacklisted, his own peers are leavin him out to dry, hope all you guys riding with his decision are ready to drop change in his gofundme me and stand by your man....I get the whole standing up for what you believe in, but do it in a smart way, disrespecting the national anthem on national television, while you play AMERICA's favorite sport, you are bound to piss off allllllot of people and put your own well being on the line, he had influence, power and money to stand by the cause in a smarter way, maybe set up a non-profit organization to help police brutality victims, reach out to law enforcement officials, etc.

soldiers guard operate and maintain the nukes though...the president just presses the final button.  

everyday there are armed soldiers protecting and maintaining the nukes.  Not to mention the codes it takes to detonate. 

those codes change every day and the president gives the order two soldiers have to type in those codes and turn the detonation key simultaneously.

i completely disagree that kaep is disrespecting the military by not standing up.

but to say our military isn't keep us protected is just stupid.

if it wasn't for our military we would probably be answering to Hitler right now.

This entire essay was unnecessary as Kaepernick said he knows what the outcome could be and is willing to accept it. Instead of admiring his courage for doing that, you want him to be a coward and go along with the rest of the sheep :lol:
