I saw this yesterday. Police had to issue him a apology like that **** makes it better :smh:

That's the sad thing. It's like someone who constantly ***** you over in life all their sorry and apologies don't mean **** any more. No one cares that the cops say "that shouldn't have happened" the point is it ******* happened :smh: :smh: :smh:

As an officer I would have just taken the report its not that hard. I hope those officers get hit with failure to take police action.
