Official 2017 Knicks Offseason thread, Phil Jackson gone

This weekend, I will take my SUV to Oakley's Car Wash on Neptune Ave

Another fan named Dave Hill, who was born and raised in New York City, couldn’t fully support Oakley after hearing he insulted Dolan.

“You can’t go into somebody’s house and disrespect them in their own house,” he said. “This is Dolan’s house.”

“I was surprised he would do anything to get escorted out,” Hill continued, standing next to his friend George Cole. “That’s what I was surprised about.”

“But he’s Charles Oakley. Got to respect him a little bit also,” Cole retorted. “Come on. You can’t throw the man out the place. He doesn’t come here that often.”

“You can’t say anything to the owner,” Hill said back to Cole. “It’s his house.”

“Oakley built the house,” Cole quipped.

“The house was here before Oakley got here,” Hill said, ending the conversation.

It disgusts me to see some Knicks fans disrespecting our players who give their everything for Knicks basketball
 
I feel like this Knicks organization isn't even about basketball anymore, Knicks brass fails to pay homage to legends, disrespects players and there's way to many clicks in this organization now. We shunned the grit for this ******** ball and dispose of players past and present like they're garbage. No free agents respect our owner or front office. We are a bigger joke than the sixers, Twolves and Kings and you see no big Free agents ever go there. I know Phil needs to go but I think Houston needs to beat it too.

Silver needs to step in for "basketball reasons", wth are they doing? Serioulsly, they're not good enough to win, they're not bad enough to completely tank, it's like a basketball purgatory and no one wins from this. How you give your star player a NTC, and then try and trade him as if he isn't the one holding all of the power? Also, mad respect for Dave Checketts for bailing Oak out, all of the past NBA players that vouched for him being a good dude and all, why'd it take Dave Checketts?
 
smfh @ what they did to Oak last night. If you watch the videos he didn't even do anything. Hope he wins a huge lawsuit vs MSG.

I've never known any other franchise that treats their fans and players so poorly. I actually haven't bought any Knicks tickets in years bc of their bs, and the Knicks won't be getting any $ from me for a long time. What other team tries to embarass their ex players and fans like this? Besides corporate boxes that give tickets to people who don't care about the Knicks, why are people still going to these games? To root for ex Knicks like Artest and Oak to make management look bad and stand up for us?

I just wish Dolan didn't own the Rangers too
 
I really come to a loss for words now when I try to explain my Knicks frustrations to anyone

It's like I short circuit system overload type freeze up and just babble and don't make no sense probably because there is so much wrong with our team

I was thinking hard this morning about whether or not I can continue to support this organization.

Then I realized I'll just come crawling back to take another beating the way I always do.

I can't support Dolan standing back and watching with a beer in his hand while security surrounds and assaults Charles Oakley.

**** James Dolan. I haven't been to a game in years, and I wont be going for a while. Done giving this **** my money.

It's like battered wife syndrome, they mess up, and continue to mess up, but they give a glimmer of hope, woo you, apologize, and then BAM!!! The beating/cycle starts all over again.
 
I really really hope the fans just straight up revolt. I want to hear constant booing, 'fire Phil' and '**** Dolan' chants next game. **** this organization.

Let Melo go somewhere and salvage the rest of his career with a contender. I'm not even sure how I feel about KP developing here. We might just be ******. The owner sets the tone, and the owner is a childish moron who has never been capable of building a competent front office.

Somebody just gotta murk this dude.
 
We gotta do a summit at a game and start these chants as a group of 10+

If we could do that, the rest of the crowd will surely catch on and follow.

Dolan has gotta go first. Then clean house after him. This is getting wild.
