Melo's game will never change.
Which dissapoints me a little bit this preseason. Sure he's getin his 20 points but am I the only one just a little sad that he's just getting the ball and then looking to get his? Hopefully it's just preseason and he's getting his rocks off.
But maybe I was wrong to expect a little bit more of Dad Melo.
It seems every time he has the rock, he just does iso melo.

Melo knows he's never been on a team where he's not the only capable scorer like this and there's some egos on this team that are gonna want their buckets so he's gonna chuck it up whenever he can to get his points. And as long as he's shooting minimum 45% I'm ok with that

He was like this LAST PRE-SEASON as well. It wasn't until the regular season that Carmelo flipped the switch and became this decent team leader that lead the team in assists to the tune of 4-5 per game.
Let's also add on to the fact that Carmelo has actual PGs on the roster know, Carmelo has added incentive to "not be a playmaker" and go back to attacking on offense.
