HELP WITH SAUCONY GRID 9000 SIZING

Hey there! Im about to buy my first pair of sauconys online but I dont know which size to choose. I have a 9(42.5) in my air jordans 1 and 5 and in my roshes, but in the website where Im buying the sauconys from it says 9.5 is 42.5 and 9 is 42, I've read in some places that these sauconys run a little bigger, but idk. What should I do, buy the 9.5(42.5) or 9(42.5)?
