If i was wb, i would put in description " impatient ungreatful buyers are not welcomed."

alienating customrr is how small business closes their doors. No one is slamming WB 2-3 dudes( looks like they are busting thier ***), assuming they are also on NT they should take all constructive criticism good or bad to learn and improve.

I for one have been updating this post daily on my order statutes not to slam them ( kudos to WB) but to provide everyone the status. If orders placed after the 9th chances chances there won't be able to ship on the the confirm date as indicated on their site . A simple 2min email blast to their customers to let them know Of the delays will save them time/money from replying to individual emails.

I hope Westbay is an authorized Nike retailer. The internet is watching....
They're a reseller, just like any consignment shop who isn't an authorized Nike retailer therefore what they're doing is perfectly legal. Keep watching and enjoy the show!

Well i do agree they should leave a notice on home page about delays. But sick of the ungreatful people.

well. got my latest update from WB  just now and they should be sending  tracking number in an few minutes.

Growing pain for WB and I hope they can pass it at their next run... 
 
Same here. Hopefully by the end of the day I'll get an update.

Again I should keep my mouth shut , but why say emailing in a few minutes and not do it. Would be better to say will send before 9:00pm or something like that to give yourself some buffer. In doing business your word is your credit ..

I feel your pain you just want to know your good understandable. They told me a few minutes too with my order and they sent it maybe a couple hours later. I say give them a little more time my belief is you'll get it by days end.

Dude told me they take it right away so they can go to the casino in hopes of doubling their money in order to obtain more pairs.

I'm not sure though - I got the SBBs from them so techinically it was for a shoe that was already out, but now I'm curious as well....anyone pre order Blacktoe or Top 3 from them?
 
I wonder how much cash they're sitting on.. Where exactly are they getting all these additional pairs from-wouldn't they basically be selling them at a loss after the first batch went out if they had to buy more? (unless they had a mountain of pairs from the get go)

I'm not too worried about my order but this weekend will be two weeks since I paid and they haven't responded to any emails so I'd rather get the L in an order cancellation than try to argue with PayPal about this situation.

Paypal takes it from your account, money is held by paypal in a depository, WB doesn't officially receive the funds until package has been confirmed shipped and received by the buyer. At least that's my take on it.
 
Sent another email as I read some of y'all are getting responses from westbay. Didn't get a response yesterday so hoping for something today....
