I don't think your kdak whip but if your in contact with them tell them to reply to people who are emailing them or better yet show em the thread and tell em they should make an account..
for the record, I'm not the only one getting a reply. In fact, the main reason I contacted them was in regards to the delays on my orders as well and also about the concern others here have had in the last few days regarding their orders. 

They told me this is why they posted the shipping update on their home page on 10/22, was so everyone would be kept in the loop. They also told me a lot of customers will be receiving tracking information tonight and tomorrow and will be receiving their orders by mid-week.

It's no surprise that the VERY FIRST BATCH of preorders on the RSBB were fulfilled in a TIMELY manner but then subsequent orders after the site blew up became delayed. Totally understandable since WB never expected the large amount of orders they received in such a short amount of time.

If people want to cancel, go ahead and cancel. Just make sure you don't wish you hadn't done so after everyone else receives their pairs.

What's hard to understand is why their telling U this but not the hundreds of other people who it matters to the most
 
I think it's kinda upsetting to many customers that they're posting restocks but can't ship out orders they've already taken in

And like others have said it's ODD that they'll only do meet ups with whiplashtw03 whiplashtw03 and he seems to be the company spokesman

And for the people that say "be patient". Let me sell you some goods with a definite shipping date and then keep telling you there's delays. Not the way to run a business

Regarding refunds, you can email WB about that since I don't have that kind of info. But I'm sure you already know your bots didn't work on the site lmao

Simple. Because when I email them, I send them DETAILED PARAGRAPHS, not 9-word sentences such as "Hey, I ordered on the 10th...please advise status" like I'm sure most of you guys do.

But If Kdak was to cancel 1 order then EVERYONE would be worried and start to panic

No I'm Saying why don't they email their customers back themselves and tell them theirselves? Seems like a lot of people aren't getting responses, getting tracking info that doesn't work for days and some like myself were supposed to recieve an invoice now with no response from them. Just saying

And for the record hooking NT up with these shoes and defending some of their customer service are 2 COMPLETELY different things

Think before you speak. How do you know I didn't break bread months ago on other pairs I have already received?? lol, ignorance is bliss.

Secondly, you obviously have shallow thinking. When I said "bots didn't work on the site," it could possibly mean that if the site host detects bots, the site could perhaps cancel orders if they wanted to. Thought you already knew homeboy, since other sites/sellers already maintain the same protocols.

The more you type, the more I know you're lacking in certain cerebral areas. Btw...learn the difference between "than" and "then" so you know how to use each term in its proper context.

Let's set the record straight. I am NOT "defending" their customer service. It's certainly lacking, but the delays are understandable given the circumstance I mentioned earlier.

What I am telling all you impatient people to do is to EMAIL THEM WITH DETAILS AND DETAILED QUESTIONS if you want answers. Don't just sit there and wait man. Email them EVERY DAY if that's what it takes to get a response. 

The best way to get the responses you need is to properly escalate the issue.

Some of y'all need some patience lol. I can understand if y'all been ordering from kdak from the start and have been getting your shipments on time. But if you jumped on the bandwagon like most of us and placed your first order with them within the last month while they blew the **** up then why can't you understand that the hype is real and they probably got triple as many orders in a short amount of time and probably trying to sort everything out because they are human beings after all lol. Just saying

So the only shoes people have received WB are the few pairs of RSBB that people ordered on Oct 8th? No orders for anything after that have been shipped? Understanding that black toes & top 3s are preorders.
 
So you wanted to meet up and do a face-to-face cash purchase without having a prior order placed on their site? 

Interesting you know the details of my email. You couldn't have guessed that....and yes...why buy online if they're local and me meeting them for in-stock shoes with cash is seen as weird.
