By receiving top notch service u mean get a response to your email, or get a tracking number on time or get one that actually works? Or not be told 10 times you will receive a tracking number? That's unnacceptable. It boggles my mind how some of you can sit here and defend that kind of customer service from a small business or large corporationI agree with everything you say especially in the customer service pov. But honestly man, look at their website lol. It's poorly designed and you can obviously tell they don't care much about marketing, "yet" so why are some of you holding such high expectations of receiving top notch customer service like they been going hard for years. You took that risk when you ordered your shoes.
