I agree with everything you say especially in the customer service pov. But honestly man, look at their website lol. It's poorly designed and you can obviously tell they don't care much about marketing, "yet" so why are some of you holding such high expectations of receiving top notch customer service like they been going hard for years. You took that risk when you ordered your shoes.
By receiving top notch service u mean get a response to your email, or get a tracking number on time or get one that actually works? Or not be told 10 times you will receive a tracking number? That's unnacceptable. It boggles my mind how some of you can sit here and defend that kind of customer service from a small business or large corporation

lol what dude? Exactly my point, they aren't no top notch company that's been going for years so why are you expecting top notch service via emails? Lol what?

Why are you mentioning tracking number? Only those who placed orders through their site would receive tracking numbers. Didn't you tell me that you had NOT yet placed an order with WB and that you were still waiting for a separate invoice?

You make it sound as if you were told multiple times by WB that you would be receiving tracking info

Your making it sound like not one person was told they would recieve a tracking numbermultipke times and didn't. Aren't there members who have received tracking that still doesn't work? Or am I just mistaken?
And my point is say one thing and do another. With MULIPLE members not just me. I told you to stop defending their customer service but I guess you can't

Whooo said they had Top Notch service??? Who? You? I said if they were a company that has been coming through on orders for years and have a better looking site then I can see why they "should" have better customer service by replying faster and in timely manner. Bruh get that crust out yo eyes
 
I'm just curious, how far behind are they on your shipping guys? My stuff is supposed to be shipping this week so I'd like to see how much of a delay I can expect here. I'll probably send them an email if I don't hear anything about shipping by Wednesday.

OVOs supposed to ship the 18th. Never did. Been told 4 times they were gonna ship out the next day. Last I heard was on Friday saying that they were going out Saturday and I would have a tracking number that day. Still don't.

We aren't expecting top notch service we're being told multiple times one thing and them not following through. So even regular service would be nice

If you call that "defending" then there's no point in arguing with you bro. I gave you my opinion via PM and it's time to leave it at that.

Lastly, did you read the shipping update on their website that was posted on 10/22? All the answers you need to know right there.

Ok I can understand why you're upset. I'd be pretty pissed off with that too to be honest. I have noticed they're not the greatest in terms of timing though. I remember I waited an entire day for their restock loll. You haven't been able to reach them by email either? Fortunately I haven't had issues getting through to them if I just email them through their site. I've always received a reply the next day, tell them you'd like them to be shipped immediately or you're going to have to cancel. That should get things moving lol.
