Ok I can understand why you're upset. I'd be pretty pissed off with that too to be honest. I have noticed they're not the greatest in terms of timing though. I remember I waited an entire day for their restock loll. You haven't been able to reach them by email either? Fortunately I haven't had issues getting through to them if I just email them through their site. I've always received a reply the next day, tell them you'd like them to be shipped immediately or you're going to have to cancel. That should get things moving lol.
I like your conflict management, its textbook acknowledge, align, and assure. Where do you work?

Exactly, I would be upset as well with that delay. All I said was that don't expect them to be prompt and timely when whip even mentioned before that it's most likely one person handling emails etc. Only a little more time will tell though right?
 
So the only shoes people have received WB are the few pairs of RSBB that people ordered on Oct 8th? No orders for anything after that have been shipped? Understanding that black toes & top 3s are preorders.
I ordered on the 9th and was told my order would ship on the 17th..... I didnt get any tracking number and so I began to email them and they responded like at 3am sayin they was sorry and that they would ship that day. The shoes didn't ship til the 19th and it was then that I got the tracking info. My shoes arrived on sat the 21. I was worried at first when it took them forever to respond but when they did, they answered all my questions and apologized for the late replys. Then at last they gave me a promo code for any inconvenience. I can vouch for them sayin they have good customer service. They responded to all of my 5 emails sent. They even did a size swap for me.

Yeah we can't be too surprised by how slammed they've been, especially considering the fact that its all being run by one person. But I can definitely see how it can get very annoying to be consistently told "I'll do it tomorrow". I'm sure they'll sort it out in a few days though.

Well that sounds like a positive experience to me, two day delay is okay in my books. That was the first round of the SBB stock? I hope the rest of us can say the same lol.

Read a lil more yourself he's like 1 of 5 guys. Everyone else getting strung along or slow as hell

gsmokez gsmokez not to mention I'm moving Thursday of this week. At this point not sure how this shipping thing is going to work out lol. Just emailed them again just now via the website. See what happens

I don't think your kdak whip but if your in contact with them tell them to reply to people who are emailing them or better yet show em the thread and tell em they should make an account..
I got replies in the past few days as well. I ordered two pairs via the original restock on October 11th and a PP invoice for a pair of SBB 2.0 they managed to locate for me. Still waiting on the tracking though. They noted that they were personally packing my 3 shoes too (Banned 1, Chicago 1 and RSBB 1). 

From my perspective, this "shoe business" is a side job for WB. They have full-time jobs elsewhere and when traffic and orders hit their site to the level it has recently, they didn't have the efficiency or manpower to respond quickly. Hence, the multiple delays.

I'm sure they spent the past weekend packaging as many orders as possible to catch up per the post on their website.

I'm just curious, how far behind are they on your shipping guys? My stuff is supposed to be shipping this week so I'd like to see how much of a delay I can expect here. I'll probably send them an email if I don't hear anything about shipping by Wednesday. 

I ordered on Oct 13th RSBB.....3 emails later..... no response.....we will see.....

.  I struck out on SNKRS on drop day and he asked if anyone was looking for a size 13.  Long story short, he ooped me for no profit all the way from Dubai.  He was super detailed in every step of the process and I got them in 3 days. Just giving credit where it's due! Loving them so far:
