KD pairs (Sz. 8 & 12) that I ordered for my cousin and a friend arrived today. Compared them to my 10.5 purchased from Nike Portland and everything is good with me. Only pic I took. View media item 2212697

My brother's Size 10.5 2016 Breds have 2 cutouts. They came from Eastbay.
The 10.5 RSBB I got from KDak also has the 2 cutouts to match the Breds.
I checked my Size 9 2016 Breds and they have 4 teeth. They came from Eastbay.
I haven't gotten my Size 9 RSBB in from KDak yet but I will have it tomorrow.
What sizes are your guys' shoes? Possible that the insoles vary by size?
