This is just terrible.  Very disturbing.



Cape Town - The bail application of a policeman accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at the Montagu police station was postponed in the local magistrate’s court on Wednesday.



Warrant Officer Frederick Soldaat’s lawyer asked that the matter be postponed to October 10 as they were still following up on certain aspects of the case.



The 47-year-old officer is accused of raping the girl on August 30, after she was taken to the police station to cool down following an altercation with her parents at home.



The Independent Police Investigative Directorate is investigating the matter

I saw the video on boosies ig lastnight.

Couldn't believe what i was watching, it was hard to watch.

Dont a lot of people get away wit this kinda stuff in africa?

Itd sad man, she just a bad day wit her parents, and she gets raped for it in a jail by a cop, i bet the parents wish they woild have just let her gef awah wit what she wanted to do.

I think they're investigating the matter. Nothing happened to the officers of yet

Death is too fast. He doesn't deserve the luxury of death. Ungodly torture for him and whoever else was in on it because I doubt this was a solo dolo type of thing at that station, and I bet there's more cases of rape within the force. Thorough torture for him and his fam if this was my daughter.
 
Law officers like these: the ones that murder unarmed citizens in the street, beat,rape, and murder citizens in custody, and abuse their authority in other unimaginable ways need to be punished for the terrorism they inflict on their communities. There's no excuse for any of this.

I hope they strip him naked, glue his hands to his thighs, and lock him in a vaselene coated cell full of prisoners for a week.

sadly i feel nothing will happen. once a person takes the oath of becoming a cop, they are all of a sudden protected from any true punishment compared to a regular civilian. it's as if they are no longer responsible for their actions. and to be honest, it's the way the system is set up. i can respect a cop, but first and foremost, they are human. what is not acknowledged through this whole fiasco is that cops are supposed to work for us. with our tax payer money comes their salary. for the most part cops are embedded with a mentality that the people they serve are less than them. cops want to play the card of "i have a family at home." well so do the people that you are pointing your gun at.

it's just the media and which outlet you get your news from. we are products of our environment. if you live in the wilderness, this is not even a thought because you are too busy looking out for the basic needs.

OP please take down take down that video.

It is of a child being forcibly raped.

This officer should spend his last days in prison, but no one in the public should be watching this.
