I used 91% alchole to expose the wings. Didn't reallydamage the leather at all maybe tiny bit but...the wings are dull and faded not as dark as they should be. I cleaned them asap and added leather moisturizer. Wonder what my options are? It's not that bad but worried if they overtime will fade even more. Help!!!

What else could I of used. To late when someone told me to use mint shoe cleaner. So far everyone has done the rubbing alcohol. Time to get another pair
The wings were meant to come off naturally with wear not with alcohol! You live you learn.

Idk about that. I wear them all the time. Play ball all the time. Outside all the time. Nothing. It's thick black paint. I actually like the wings not being so much dark tho. I actually really like the way it looks I'm just asking anyone out here if it will fade more now. That's my only question?

I use 91-99% alcohol to clean Jeeps before I paint them. That stuff is pretty abrasive.

Personally I would have left them as is like they were made but I know people used acetone to strip their lance mountains.

Since the shoes are so rare I don't think anyone is gonna notice if the wings coloring is a bit off one way or the other.  From the pics they still look good and it looks like the actual shoe didn't damage so you should be good.  Just enjoy the kicks.
