Things to do in DC?

Do the donuts taste different, or is it that you can't get down w/ the Alexandria/Arlington locations due to gentrification?

Also, I think there are Bon Chon locations all over....not really a DMV exclusive (I think.) Chicken is the troof, tho. :pimp:

When I went to the alexandria location they didn't have any of the flavors that you can always get in rva my favorite any strawberry or raspberry. No chocolate or vanilla and m&ms either. Maybe I feel different because I literally lived through the success of sugar shack it's very different up here nothing like rva .

Really? That's crazy....they usually have a huge selection when I go.

My unofficial doughnut rankings in the DMV:

1. Sugar Shack
2. Shoppers
3. Krispy Kreme

Mannnnnn SugarShack home in RVA is da troof. I mean the location in Alexandria is cool, but the OG is the best. I'm biased tho. I aint know you were from rva as well @BeezyGotSole
As an unbiased St. Lucian

When it comes to Caribbean restaurants Trinidad > Jamaica. Don't mean it has shade doe, just preference

Caribbean Palace is the sport I used to hit up in CP. I don't know if they are still open though

Reacho please miss me with your weak *** slander.

Not everyone is holding onto a struggle one bedroom in NOVA, scared to death that the tax man might make him short on rent

Stop projecting your broke boy fears onto me

Ain no struggling when you're 26 able to live on your own in one of the richest areas in the country. But you wouldn't know that since you was priced out. No wonder you be on your socialist wave, you need them handouts to survive.

Should I holla at Meth and see if the next donation can go to you?

taking notes on the suggestions..been in the area a couple of times and i really love the area..i see a getaway in my future soon...

Truthfully, ALL dmv pizza is pretty much fugazzi. Yea it's cheese dough and sauce but sloppin em together doesn't really work if you have no idear what you're doing.

Which is why I stick with kabob, shawarma or something for late night, gets me thru think and thin

It's true, HU homecoming has fallen off over the past few years but I''m coming down this year, been awhile since I've been back to the area. The food culture is pretty weak in the dc area, there's a few spots scattered around but no real identity when it comes to food.
