Anyone here check this show out? I was interested simply because of Keifer Sutherland and the fact I moved to the DMV lol. The pilot was good establishing the characters and how they'll be used in the show. Got me hooked to tune in weekly.

Side note: I feel like this is a prequel to 24 lol.

Pilot was dope. Only checked it out for Keifer too but Kal and Maggie Q in it too.

Really liked the premise.

Only thing I hope they speed pass is the whole general wanting to overthrow him treason stuff. Not as interesting.

A designated government official held aside from public gatherings of the gov. just in case they die so he can be President and then had to rebuild most of the legislative and executive branch during a time they were attacked and might be again is interesting enough. Mirrors some challenges the founding fathers faced.

In for tonight :pimp: (along with South Park and Code Black)

Well, after watching ep. 2, it seems that the General is going to be the antagonist for the show.

I can't imagine how stressful it would be having to become the president after they have been assassinated.

Ep. 2 was really good. I was heated with what happened to Kal.

And still waiting to see what Maggie Q's role will be in this...So far, it seems she's just mourning the death of her lover.

I was supremely pissed with how they detained Kal and then this Michigan lane giving his cops free reign.

I figure Maggie Q is the key to catching the terrorists since that's like the mystery part of the show and a 2nd attack is coming.

I was surprised that the show was that good, I honestly wasnt expecting that. Will be tuned in next week.

I also tuned in because of Keifer and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I will be tuning in each week.

I won't lie sometimes when they're pressing him in the war room or in the oval office I be wanting Keifer to let the Jack Bauer out and just dominate

Keifer is a good actor. Got me believing Kirkman is soft, stressed out, and a bit shook when it comes to decisions.

Right! I really want to think Keifer can knock that general out with ease...

I really am curious what role the Republican Designated Survivor will play this season.

Idk I really thought they filmed this show in DC, but it seems like it isn't lol.

Last night's episode was dope. President flipping doing a complete 180 when Michigan's Governor arrived. Nice.

Still curious to see what Aaron's play is in all of this. He's definitely playing the game behind the scenes.

Also, the deal his wife made with the Congresswoman is definitely going to bite back on Kirkman...It's going to cause some definite issues towards the end of the season.

But i'm bummed I have to wait till the 26th for a new episode lol.

That Jack Bauer came out. Firing generals, arresting governors.

They really tried Kirkman this past ep. I did not expect the Michigan general to hit him with the treason and call him Mr. Kirkman talking about I ain't rocking with you :smh:

Now I'm just waiting to see how this other general comes back and plots on dude.

1st lady flexing her muscles.

The congresswoman is mad shady. She keep losing trust with her political ways.

On the whodunit front, lame she had to get a call in the middle of the night to keep pursuing this only survivor.

Real good ep :smokin

The show has improved with every episode...The only thing I don't like is the storyline of Kirkman and the possibility of his son, not really being his son.

But I am curious what will happen with Malik Yoba's storyline lol

I wanna know who has the FBI director's son and whyyyyyyy

I also don't trust MacLeish, at all. I want him outed.

Yeah, same here.

I want to assume MacLeish is part of it and he probably ordered someone to kidnap his son.

for sure! I think he's behind a lot of the things going on, including the bombing. Room 105! and who's the lady that called to start that discussion anyway?

MacLeish just looks so damn shifty and unteustworthy

Yoba the FBI director should've shot that chick in the head. He also shouldbe got the president alone to tell him about Kattaran and his suspicions of MacLeish.

I gotta bump this to say I'm fully in with this show.

Of course Kirkman is still alive, but what about Hannah?!

They were losing me this ep cuz I thought they were drawing out this car and mouse but I did not expect that ending. Ol girl is ruthless.

:smh: @ killing dude's son. This organization gonna get that NY Undercover JC Williams wrath.

 Thought the helicopter with his family in it was gonna blow up in a second.

President moss was the dad from that show unhppily ever after  when nikki cox looked good

Yes that's what I know him from. Him and that talking puppet.

He ended up being a really good actor.

I feel like at some point writers or changed or the direction for the show flipped.

They had the chief of staff chick romantically linked to the former chief of staff and dropped that for her to be hooking up with the speaker of the Hkuse, ****ing Kumar.

They had that one senator or congresswoman who was heavily looking like she'd be the new VP and just wrote her off the show.

Now with this recent ep son just spontaneously taps the mayor of D.C. for VP. A black woman at that.

Plus they veered off the conspiracy of s1 to stuff that trying to closer reflect issues of today.

I kinda wonder why.
