Skin health aside, if I only take 2 showers a week i'd feel gross. I'd need to at least get in the shower and rinse the day off of myself.

Never been called smelly by anyone though... Even have a coworker who is extremely sensitive to smells like no one in our office is allowed to even wear cologne/perfume. No complaints.

This is the loofah/washcloth I use...
I must admit though when you first begin to use it it can be harsh if you scrub hard because you're skin will not be used to it, but after a day to 2-3 showers using it you will wonder how you went through life without it.
