They look good but better pics will help I'm still not sure about the tags though
 
OK when you push your finger down on the toe does it form around your finger? The leather on the oreo 4s is super plush and it feels thick but smooth and soft should compress around your finger good.

I would say that by the looks they look legit.
 
Yeah that's what I mean it makes an impression. I'd say good to go based on everything. As far as the date tho I couldn't say.
