Why didn't Malachi play tonight with Afflalo out?
Joerger still trynna figure out our lineups, who he wants to see play more & such I think. Always switching up lineups kinda dramatically.

Beginning of the season, McLemore started. Then it was Arron while Ben saw very very limited minutes. Omri used to get no playing time at all (which I was mad about lmao, love Omri), then he started playing him more. The list goes on. He knows he's got a lotta work to do with us, but I don't blame him for so many changes. It's just annoying to see some guys doing so well, then they get one bad game and then they never get the same minutes.

Draymond on Bron v Chuck

When I heard that, I said ok, kill him Bron. I like that. I like to see somebody destroy Charles Barkley like that. Then I stepped back and said ok, that's a little too far Bron. Then I thought about it again. That's an accumulation of stuff. I think Bron won that one.

Taj Gibson on James "Chessmaster" Harden

Harden gets so many calls his way, it's ridiculous sometimes. I guess we got to call 'referee hotline.' There were some rough calls late, we had some guys who learned a lot tonight.

Ron Baker

The first couple of times I pulled up to the MSG parking lot and told the security guard I was a player, the guy did a double time and seemed skeptical. But now when they see my Hyundai Sonata roll in, they know who it is and that business is coming.

^^^ I thought it was deja vu when Ariza 'made' that shot in ATL. Haha man has got some skills.

The pick swap doesn't occur until the Bulls receive their pick first. Us losing a lot this season doesn't do anything for the Sixers.
So much for that then

We still owe the Bulls their 1st rounder before we can swap places in the draft

I really don't think so. If that's the case then I think it would be more like we would get whatever draft position the Kings are in while the Bulls would get the pick in our slot.

And the Kings would get nothing

If the pick falls from 1-10 it's protected so the Bulls can't touch it, but the 76ers do get to swap it.
If the pick falls from 11-30 the Bulls get it.

Now I'm not too sure what the technicalities are but if the 76ers for example get the 14th pick and swap for The Kings 8th pick, do the Bulls then get the 14th pick????
Either way both Sac losses their first rounder this year.

Washington’s starters have outscored opponents by 5.7 points per 100 possessions this season, second in the East to the Cavaliers (+7.1).

But the Wizards have gone six games without starting Wall-Beal-Porter-Morris-Gortat due to injury. That unit is +10.9 per 100 possessions — better than the Cavaliers’ most-used lineup of Kyrie Irving-J.R. Smith-LeBron James-Kevin Love-Tristan Thompson (+9.3).

In fact, Washington’s starting lineup has the second-best net rating of each Eastern Conference’s team’s most-used lineup. Only the 76ers — T.J. McConnell-Nik Stauskas-Robert Covington-Ersan Ilyasova-Joel Embiid — have a better most-used lineup (+14.0).

However, that Philadelphia group has played just 115 minutes in 14 games. The Wizards’ primary starters have played 857 minutes together in 43 games. There’s value in availability, which is still a question mark with Embiid and anything he’s fueling.

Plus, with such a weak bench, Washington rarely has the ability to sub for matchups. The Wizards’ primary starters must handle all types of opponents, even ones that pose stylistic difficulties.

Any time you can trade away picks for the rights to JJ Hickson or to sign Rajon Rondo, Kosta Koufos and Marco Belinelli, you have to do it.

they lose it to Chicago if it's outside the top 10, if it's in the top 10 but Philly has a worse pick than we switch with them. Say we land the #1 pick and Philly gets #9, we swap, not lose the pick.

It's not much better than losing it tho

Correct.
But say the 6ers end up with a pick from 11 and up, do the Kings then forefeit that pick because that then technically falls within our range???

At worst we'll take the Kings 2nd rounder.
