The ***** who threatened someone over being told to pull his skirt down is talking about someone else not having a sense of humor. Makes sense why you riding so hard for Shaq.

Two totally different things. Shaq is just showing us what Javele has done. It's on film. It's factual and can't be disputed.

Someone saying they will "pull my skirt up". Is false. There's no facts behind it and was totally unprovoked.

I can't help if you guys will let anyone talk to you any kind of way. That's your issues. It will never matter what position I hold. If someone says the wrong thing then it's on period. I won't hide behind fear of looking childish or some company position like you guys would to avoid a fight or confrontation. Cowards die a thousand deaths. I'm only dying once.

Javale doesn't have a sense of humor? When's the last time Shaq was legitimately funny on TNT?

Obviously he doesn't have a sense of humor. The only person acting out of character is Javele. Shaq has a segment where he shows stupid plays every week since he's been at TNT. Is Shaq messing with the video to make Javele look bad? Is there some past beef I'm not aware of? Or is Javele constantly making stupid basketball plays?

If Javele wasn't constantly making a joke of himself on the court they'll be no issue. He should look at himself and not Shaq. I asked someone last night if they knew who Javele was. The person who's not a NBA watcher said "yeah the guy who makes those boneheaded plays". The world knows Javele is a idiot on the court. Stop defending his feelings.

Shaq is being a cornball for threatening someone 10 years younger than him with violence and as always if someone says anything about Shaq at all he starts behaving like a middle schooler.
Someone wants to make a fool out of me consistently on national tv for years I'll same some ****, not sit around like some punk and take it. They single out Javale at this point and they don't just show clips, dude will talk **** about him always too.

If anyone doesn't have a sense of humor it's Shaq, dude couldn't take a joke about him to save his life.

It doesn't matter if he has ownership in a team. TNT pays him to talk basketball and be funny. Javele told him to EAD because Shaq shows his bonehead plays. Like he does all players who take it in stride. It's not Shaqs fault Javele has no sense of humor.

I will never understand this notion because of some position or title you hold you can't check someone or give them a beating. Stop holding these celebrities to outrageous standards. They're people like us. They react to things like we do. I haven't heard of any Kings fallout that's come from his comments on Javele.
Tbh there are times when I forget that Shaq is a minority owner. His comments are no big deal.

Or maybe Javele McGee should post all the foolish things Shaq has said or done since he became a household name?

Pretty sure Shaq will rebuttal with his rings and how he dominated

He's still a clown either way

That's such a good idea!

Threatening someone 10 years younger like Javele isn't a grown man.

Since when has telling someone to EAD on social media been considered the "grown man thing to do"?

Grown man thing to do is either A: say something from jump to him personally about how he felt disrespected or B: catch a flight on a off day to TNT studios and confront him.

Instead Javele waits 2/3 seasons after the fact, while playing on the best team in the league to grow a pair. Only to come at Shaq on social media. Strait sucka behavior.

It's not like he was the #1 overall pick or anything.

Here's a list of former #1 overall picks...

Anthony Bennett, Greg Oden, Andrea Bargnani, Andrew Bogut, Kwame Brown, Kenyon Martin, Elton Brand, Michael Olowokandi, Joe Smith

I can keep going. The point is, just because you go #1 doesn't mean you're supposed to be a top all-time player.

You guys are ridiculous

So how about you list the #1 overall picks that did hit instead?

Simmons was the best player in college hoops last year. He made the game look easy. Sure, people can harp on his lack of a jumper, but the skill set and IQ is clearly there. The hype is warranted. IF dude can stay healthy, he's going to turn heads. He's SO much different than Bennett, Bargs, Bgout, Martin, Olowokandi, etc.

internet is totally different.. People mad disrespectful. Internet words are easy to ignore. Someone disrespects me to my face or me knowing them personally is a totally different thing then random dudes on the Internet talkin ish.
Talking tough on the Internet don't get you far when people are protected by anonymity.

If you anonymously threaten someone from miles away who you've never met and most likely never will meet, after one comment, it proves how manly you are.

If you tell someone you know, to lay off of you after YEARS of them fixating on, broadcasting and profiting off of your mistakes, you're a sucker with no sense of humor.

Cool.

Thing is people on the net aren't protected. About a year ago on NT I got banned for a month. Some dude was talking tuff behind the key board. Long story short within 20 minutes I knew he had two kids and one with some type of disorder. Along with his Arizona address. When I brought that up he realized what a mistake he made and the gravity of tuff talking on the net.

Always this.

That's a part of our generation that's different, this ability to get out your negative feelings on the Internet with no consequences.

It just shows weakness really, the Internet should be a tool for constant innovation/connection/community but then you extrapolate the human ego on it and that's what you get.

Nothing wrong w/ Shaq clowning on Javale. You sign up for slander when you play in the league. Everyone does. Part of the job.

Nothing wrong w/Javale going at Shaq's neck either. You can't keep talking slick to somebody and not expect them to clapback. Joke or not, eventually it ain't funny no more.

Shaq's overly sensitive *** the one that took it too far talking about he'll slap the **** out of him. God Shaq's personality is so annoying. For someone that big, he legit is so insecure and sensitive.

I get it but I don't . you the homie but I see things differently. Sorry but I ain't going to go out of my way and take a plane and waste my time cause some dude I don't give a f about told me to eat a d.

If they say it to me face, know me personally etc etc it's a totally different ball game. Awhile back was playing ball And some dude called me a Fn idiot. Punched dude in the mouth.
. Real life and net life two different things.
I don't feel like a coward because a couple internet dudes have called me names and disrespected me in the past.

I'm not tryna take that trip either. The point is tuff talking on the net isn't something you wanna do. People get killed and beaten everyday over some internet stuff. I never go the personal route. Clown my opinions all day if you want, just save the tuff talk because someone with time and money on there hands may just "pull up" and catch you slippin.

Right.

Just my opinion, but i've always found excessive machoism weird. Like do you have to fly cross country, or threaten someone with the pistol action because someone you don't know online said something slick about you? Is it really that serious?

What is tough talk though? What is the "personal route?"

You think people on here have came at you in that personal of a way? Like for real?

Last thought on Shaq vs Javele. The reason Shaq still brings up Javele is because he's constantly making dumb plays. This year alone he blocked a shot by putting his hand up through the rim and tried to take out the ball after GS made a free throw. He keeps himself relevant with these dumb plays. Check yourself before you check someone else.

Javale on Shaqtin is classic and always funny though Collector.

Nobody is saying it isn't.

Javale was going to pop off eventually, and he did.

Doesn't change the fact that Shaq looks bad handling it this way.

Like Barkley, could you imagine if he started "going at" Lebron after Lebron clapped back? Just a bad look man. And a guy as smart and Sharp as you should be able to see that, you're lowkey blowing my mind right now with your take on this.

Being told "I'll pull your skirt up" or to "pull up" with someone posting their address isn't something I'm accustomed to dealing with as it pertains to a John Wall vs Steph Curry discussion. If we're talking basketball let's keep it basketball. If there's another issue PM me personally and say what you gotta. I'm not perfect and pride is a issue I deal with all the time. One of my flaws.
