Oh a Chicago Bulls game on TV? Guess they have to mention 20 year old championships for the millionth time.

The funny thing is KD went down and dudes were still saying GSW could still make the finals and win it all. If Bron gets hurt is anybody picking Cleveland?

Bron has a good squad but let's not pretend like they're even  Let's try to be at leadt a little objective
bruh....
sorry to quote this old post but this is exactly what I was saying
dudes tryna have it both ways

Damb

Looks like they all these guys will be free agents

Kevin Durant (Player Option)
Steph Curry
Iggy
Livingston
Zaza
West
Ian Clark

Whoa

They kinda HAVE to win it all cause once Steph gets those 200 Ms and KD 170Ms they'll be capped out almost.

Then comes the Klay or Draymond decision and they will choose wrong and pick Draymond

Good for them is that they have plenty of time before that decision will need to be made
Two years isn't that long to me. Within a year it's definitely going to start being discussed internally seriously then you gotta start thinking about trading one, etc etc.

Just 2 more seasons. I'm not sure who I'd pick. Steph and KD getting more shots can replace most of Klay's points. I don't know how you replace Dray though, he really is the jack of all trades and engine for their team.

why would you take klay over draymond? just curious
I feel like Klay doesn't do anything that KD and Steph can't/don't
his biggest asset is probably that he allows steph to not guard point guards

The 2nd greatest shooter of all time or the heart & soul of the team. It's a tough *** choice & I'm glad I don't have to make it

Klay's game will probably age better though.

Conventional logic tells you to take Draymond every time I know that. If I'm sitting in that GM seat I probably take Draymond too because that keeps your job.

I just really like Klay Thompson man all I can say. Sitting from my seat as a laptop GM I'm taking Klay over Draymond. Can Kevin Durant fill a lot of what Draymond does? I can make that argument but it wouldn't mean much. Will Klay age better? For sure. But none of those things is enough for most people not to take Draymond.

Also the development of McCaw and Clark will be key. If they can become servicable on the defensive end and average 3 point shooters, I think Klay is expendable.
