This lineup would've been nice in he Playoffs, oh well....

If that pick ends up being the #1 pick [emoji]128591[/emoji][emoji]127996[/emoji]Danny will have all the leverage his summer. If you think Ainge low balls now just wait....

But the NBA has never blessed us with the #1 pick :\

Meanwhile it looked like Cleveland was getting the #1 pick every year a few years ago :rolleyes

Looks like another Cavs-Dubs rematch in the Finals barring some crazy injury. None of the other "contenders" did enough to get pass these 2

how does the waiver process work? I thought any team could claim a player so why is it a forgone conclusion that dwill is going to cle?

I assume if a team claims him, they have to pay their salary. No team is doing that unless they have the caproom

So once a player clears waivers, they can sign for the vets minimum while his previous team is still on the hook for the difference in salary

Is that right ?

you would want fultz with the #1 right?
that will probably piss isaiah off, i remember him being mad about them wanting dunn

Well if you believe all the reports then you have to be weary of trading for the Black Gordon Hayward since "he was only interested long term in Indy or LAL"

okay then what about smart/bradley?
not saying y'all should have taken the trade but eventually you gotta turn these assets into actual talent
I think they're honestly prepping to part with Bradley, it's just a numbers game

If they don't get the #1 pick then you have all sorts of other scenarios. No point in worrying about that right now. They did well not to do anything stupid

There could be scenarios where they re-sign Bradley

If that's why Boston didn't do the deal I understand somewhat. But I gotta think with how the hierarchy is in the East, them giving the Cavs all they could handle, maybe even beating them (depending on how Love comes back) would have been tough to walk away from.

Somehow Bron gets exactly what he needs, again.

If it ends up being #1 we could still make a deal and give up less.

IMO Butler or George wouldn't get us over the hump if we have to give up our depth on defense.

If we get passed Cleveland now we only have PG/Butler and Avery/Smart to throw at Curry, Klay n Durant :x

If Lebby gets Bogut and Williams we may as well bow down and kiss the ring. Lebby is the greatest player/gm/recruiter.

Deron is washed but i'll take hiim to give me 15-20 min and bring the ball up. If we get Bogut, oh man, that would be huge, we would have nice depth, can give Tristan a break, when needed.

Damn Cleveland got help but you guys are acting like these dudes are in their prime
You need depth in the reg season & playoffs.

You don't want Bron playing 37 mpg because he's the only backup point guard on the roster.

You don't want to lose a playoff game because your team got outscored by x amount of points when Bron/Kyrie went to the bench for a short rest.
