I've been saying gsw will win a lot of games but have issues rebounding, defending/rim protecting and turnovers for months now. but when it actually happens in the first game, its a "hot take" ?

Denial. Warriors lost last night due to the same reason they lost the finals and the same reason they won't win the championship again this year....they're food down low. Anyone here making excuses talking about "the spurs played their best basketball all season" is only doing that making excuses. The warriors are not this team that you all thought would be on paper. The same thing will happen this year, they will take the L with no ring.

I'm with you.. but as I've said before.. it's going be simple shhh that's going get em.. KD going be jumping tip eventually and playing a ton of pf AND center

They will have blowouts.. but if the 3s aren't falling at a high clip, certain teams even without decent bigs will have a solid chance vs them because they have players who attack the rim

Take for example the thunder, Westbrook and oladipo attacking the rim no matter who you got there.. who on the warriors stopping them?

Last night foreshadowed what will happen when GS plays a legit team. You think these guys are gonna start playing D and crashing the boards all of a sudden?

what's should worry GS is that spurs are soft in the middle. Aldridge was outmuscling dudes for boards and so was Kawhi and they not really "big" dudes . They might have fits with teams with decent centers..

it's coming off one game. They looked horrible defensively. Last night. Curry ain't looked right on defense since the Cavs made him look like Steve Nash.. Only one game but last night that effort on defense was non existant.like GS just walked in and expected to do nothing but outscore them.

I believe GS gets it together but this one game looking like this makes people believe the sky is falling. This is nt. Lot of prisoners of the moments. Things change from game to game.

I very well understood what you said. It doesn't sound too far off from "all lives matter". There's nothing defensive about it. If you're going to have a platform addressing these issues, you need to have people actually in touch with those issues. You would think an 80 year old black man who was deeply involved in the civil rights era would be more in tune with what's going on and the purpose of Kaepernick's stance, yet he sounded more clueless than a Fox News reporter. Having a major forum like this where the most vocal people are not in tune with anything does no good. All it serves is to slight the issues and draw attention to the wrong things. They pushed the "what about black on black" crime narrative to millions of people watching. If you don't see anything wrong with that, I probably already know your stance on the issue.
