"A Derrick Rose controversy"

Derrick Roses number will not mean anything in Bulls history

Yeah who gives a damn bout Derrick rose. Why would there. Be any controversy. Dude was a flash in the pan that accomplished nothing with the bulls.

DeMar makes $139 mil.....

My goodness my life sucks.

Yo but it's surreal to see DeMar be the second best player in his position. I didn't think the kid would last this long in the NBA out of USC. I'd think he'd be a journeyman or overseas right now. Proud of the kid!

are u saying demar derozan is the 2nd best SG fambs

It's an incredible feat for sure. I sometimes still don't really believe it happened honestly lol

Crazy how so much had to go right for the Cavs to do it though. You had Dray get suspended for Game 5, then Bogut misses game 6-7, then Iggy's back goes out in game 6 I think, it was just a dynamo of things that happened to the Dubs at the worst possible time, who've been the model of great fortune these last two years. All that coincided with Bron and Kyrie reaching god levels and the Dubs still almost pulled it off. Epic series.

You also forgot that Harrison Barnes happened.

Only If he would've made a few of those OPEN 3s that game 7 . Yikes

Speaking of Anthony Bennett that draft is worse than the 2000 draft to me. It legit has one guy who has consistent all star potential in Alphabet, the rookie of the year is a trade chip, and Anthony Bennett is the biggest bust I've ever seen.
The draft may not have all star players, but there are a lot of serviceable-good players in it actually.

Oladipo, Porter, Zeller, Len, Noel, Pope, Gobert, McCollum, Adams, Olynyk, Giannis, Schroder, Roberson, Hill, Crabbe, Dieng, Withey, Plumlee.

Not terrible. A lot of players that are only getting better.

also Steph's knee

Nah, I'm just realistic about Dwight as he's another year older, and coming off a whole bunch of games played where he's dipped in every category besides FG%. Uninformed people would probably take the media narrative route of him being "froze" out of games, but coming from someone who watched nearly every game while he was here, it's hard for me to believe he wouldn't have another year of being bullied by some centers and PFs that will never be as good as he was nor still is now, not missing layups and putbacks, not picking up warrented and unwarranted cheap fouls that take him off the floor, rapidly turning the ball over, getting hacked and bricking free throws, nor thinking he can still be a #1 go-to guy. If he's actually realized his limitations at this point, maybe something good can happen. I just don't realistically see Dwight finally owning up to himself to do that.

Wow I never heard so many bums from one class ever. That draft was horrible and if it weren't for Noel's knee - he would've went 1st, but still - that draft still to this day holds more bums than ever

That's actually a lot of really solid NBA players that will have long, successful careers that were just listed. That looks like a whole class of HOF'ers compared to 2000.

It was all for the greater good though, y'all got beta boy and have the league on lock for the next 4 years, congrats.

the greater good doesn't lead to bron getting his third ring b.

tbh if i had the option, i would rather win g7 then get KD. idc what yall say.

Y'all will just have to make up for it by busting Bron's head for the rest of his career when he gets to the Finals. 3-7 or 3-8 will still look pretty bad if that's what he retires with since the rest of his conference is a joke. Just don't let it happen again, can't eem slander him for this entire season thanks to y'all.
