If the Pelicans are about to waive Terrence Jones someone is going to get a steal. Dude's being tossed around like he's not incredibly skilled at scoring/didn't just turn 25. Must be something off the court based on his movements over the last two years.

That plus simply being an underachieving player. Not sure if I've ever seen a guy go up as weak and get stuffed at the rim as many times as him.

For a guy who's not a top 10 player, and the way he's been playing this season, not playing like a top 15 player either. We're not talking about Kevin Garnett here. So what's the goal there? Make that move for PG and still get smoked by Cleveland anyway, but maybe in 6 games instead of 5? I don't believe that move puts the Celtics over the top. I'd rather sit tight and wait out LeBron than give up all of that including the Brooklyn pick, only to still not be a title contender.
